Wilfrid Orochi, also known as Revolution, is a french micronationalist born in 2005 wich is know in many micronations as Republic of Fiera, Principality of Neustria, or Guiboui Empire.

Micronational carrer

In Republic of Fiera

After founding the National-Democratic Party in the Republic of Fiera, he quickly became a candidate for the presidential election. Allied with the Patriot Union Party, they form the largest coalition in Fiera (named Great Patriotic and Democratic Alliance of Fiera). However, during one evening, the president of the Republic of Fiera decided to kick Wilfrid Orochi from OMFU.

In Guiboui Empire

Wilfrid Orochi, the only major opponent to the imperial power, is running for the chancellorship against two imperialist candidates. Surprisingly leading the first round, the candidate of the National Democratic Party faced the authoritarian excesses of the emperor who transformed the election to the chancellery into a presidential election, an election with less at stake since the position had almost no power. The imperialist candidate was defeated in the second round by Wilfrid Orochi (62.50%) on 24 March 2022.
The elected president tries to implement the policy he was elected for, in vain, as the emperor vetoes all Wilfrid Orochi's decisions, even when he agrees with them, to force him to resign. Wilfrid Orochi does not give in. He was unilaterally banned by decree of the Emperor on 26 March 2022.

In Principality of Neustria

Wilfrid Orochi was a candidate for the Prime Ministry of the Principality of Neustria and faced two left-wing candidates (Léo Baudevin and Alphonse Ferrero), who ran a mediocre campaign due to their numerous backtracking. Léo Baudevin even ended up withdrawing from the election. Running his campaign on an anti-system axis, a hatred of OFMU and the Union of the Right, Wilfrid Orochi quickly gained in popularity, despite foreign interference ("Security Congress" which aimed to pressure the Prince of Neustria to ban Wilfrid Orochi from being a candidate, or the stink bombs thrown against the National Democrat candidate on election day by Enzo Demarle)
Despite this, his opponent, Alphonse Ferrero, was considered the favourite at the end of the Neustrian campaign, but to everyone's surprise, Wilfrid Orochi won the election with 62.50% of the votes and a historic turnout (72.73%).
Elected Prime Minister, he leads a policy of recovery of the Principality of Neustria and its institutions (constitutional revision), but quickly faces crises: coup d'état of September 7, 2022 or war in Brestand. These events gave him a method and a nickname: "L'Homme de Fer" (Iron Man in English)
He rebounded on these events to reunify the Principality with a nationalist policy (strict limitation of citizenship or pre-war Zergue (where Wilfrid Orochi humiliated the Republic of Zergue with a stifling surrender treaty)).
This nationalist policy degraded the image of the Principality of Neustria internationally, which Wilfrid Orochi tried to correct (alliances with Gier, Aulpanne, Furaux or even Fiera de Rocco Venti). He also pursued a policy of reconciliation with the Republic of Collumie, changing its leader Enzo Demarle and appointing a Prime Minister close to Wilfrid Orochi. This policy was reinforced by his election as head of OFMU, which he reformed and renamed UCFM.
In November and December 2022, he was keen to forge a Neustrian culture, which was welcomed by all political camps, even his opponents: creation of a Neustrian museum, organisation of a joint cultural event with Zergue (a symbol of reconciliation between Neustria and Zergue), and introduction of a national anthem.
At the end of 2022, Wilfrid Orochi advocates the economic sovereignty of the Principality of Neustria, by forcing the repayment of the debt contracted by the Central Bank of Lux, and threatens to remove the Principality of Neustria from the Lux economic zone, even though it is one of the only two that maintains its activity.
