Börkö is the capital of the Åland State. Börkö was founded in 1980 but did not become the capital of Åxenö untill 1980. The parliment of Åxenö was located in Börkö. 18 people live in Börkö and about 90% of the population of the Åland State lives in Börkö. Börkö is surronded by forest or water. Börkö is the capital of Cerkö.

Börkö originaly was founded in 1980 but did not have a name. Åxenö would take over parts of Börkö and give it its name in 2020. Åxenö would take almost full controll of Börkö in August 2023. In November Åxenö would be dissolved and the French Republic would take controll. Later the French Republic would be dissolved for the Åland State. Börkö would be the capital of Cerkö.

History

Börkö was founded on Långgrundsvägen in 1980. Börkö did not have a name but its first building where built. One of the first buildings was the biggest building in Börkö which is a yellow house. In 2020 the Republic of Åxenö was founded and took parts of Börkö and gave Börkö its name. Åxenö would build some roads in Börkö in 2021. In August 2023, Åxenö would annex the rest of Börkö. Parliment would be located in Börkö. After the dissolution of Åxenö, the French Republic would be founded and would take over. After the 2023 French Republic coup d'état, the Åland State would take controll. Börkö would be the capital of Cerkö in 2024. In 2024, the 2024 Åland State coup d'état attempt would take place in Börkö.
